Right of inspection

The data subject may review the personal data we have stored.

A data subject may request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete information concerning him or her.

The data subject has the right to object to the use of their data for direct marketing purposes.

Right of removal

The data subject has the right to request the deletion of their data if the processing of such data is not necessary. We will process the deletion request and then either delete the data or provide a valid reason why the data cannot be deleted.

It should be noted that the data controller may have a statutory or other right not to delete the requested information. The data controller is obligated to retain accounting records for the period specified in the Accounting Act (Chapter 2, Section 10) (10 years). For this reason, accounting-related records cannot be deleted before the expiration of this period.

If the processing of a data subject’s personal data is based solely on consent, rather than, for example, a customer relationship or membership, the data subject may withdraw that consent.

Customer information is typically obtained directly from the customer via an online form.

We never share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

The data controller has ensured that all service providers comply with data protection laws. Regularly used service providers: Squarespace & Google.

Personal data is processed for 1 year or for the duration of the customer relationship.

Personal data is processed solely by the data controller, Arcticmint Oy.

10. Transfer of data outside the EU

Data is regularly transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area. When data is transferred outside the EU and the EEA, we ensure an adequate level of protection for personal data by agreeing on matters related to the confidentiality and processing of personal data as required by law. We have also ensured this with regard to our partners.
